In accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection in effect in Indonesia, you have the following rights over the personal data we store:

• Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data (except data we are legally required to retain).

• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, for processing based on consent (e.g., newsletters).

6. Children's Data

Account data is stored for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from active systems within a maximum of 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal, security, or dispute resolution purposes. Automatic server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days for diagnostic and security purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. Passwords are stored in hashed form (not plain text), connections to the site use HTTPS, and database access is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no online system is 100% secure; you are also responsible for keeping your password confidential.

Our site contains links to other sites, including affiliate links to e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia). Our privacy policy applies only to the kulinerbdg.com site.
