👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Skewer the sausage and mozzarella cheese onto the sticks — you can do half sausage, half cheese per stick
- 2 Freeze for 30 minutes until firm
- 3 Mix all the batter ingredients together until well combined — the consistency should be slightly thick
- 4 Prepare the coating: cut the potatoes into super small dice (frozen French fries work too)
- 5 Dip the sausage-cheese skewers into the batter, turning to coat evenly
- 6 Immediately roll in the diced potatoes, pressing gently so they stick
- 7 Heat the oil to 340°F (170°C)
- 8 Fry, turning slowly, for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy
- 9 Remove and drain
- 10 Serve with drizzles of ketchup, mustard, or mayo
- 11 Sprinkle with granulated sugar if you like it sweet (Korean style)
💡 Tips
