  • 150g deglet noor dates, pitted
  • 60g rolled oats
  • 30g dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Coating: cocoa powder or dried shredded coconut

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Put the dates into a food processor and blend until they form a sticky paste
  2. 2 Add the oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and salt
  3. 3 Pulse until everything is evenly combined and can be shaped
  4. 4 Add the dark chocolate chips and pulse briefly so some chunks remain
  5. 5 Lightly dampen your hands
  6. 6 Scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll it into a firm ball
  7. 7 Roll the balls in cocoa powder or shredded coconut
  8. 8 Place them in a container, arranged neatly
  9. 9 Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let them set
  10. 10 Store in an airtight container in the fridge — keeps for 2 weeks

💡 Tips
