- 60g rolled oats
- 30g dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Coating: cocoa powder or dried shredded coconut

👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Put the dates into a food processor and blend until they form a sticky paste
- 2 Add the oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and salt
- 3 Pulse until everything is evenly combined and can be shaped
- 4 Add the dark chocolate chips and pulse briefly so some chunks remain
- 5 Lightly dampen your hands
- 6 Scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll it into a firm ball
- 7 Roll the balls in cocoa powder or shredded coconut
- 8 Place them in a container, arranged neatly
- 9 Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let them set
- 10 Store in an airtight container in the fridge — keeps for 2 weeks

• Deglet noor dates are drier and easier to process than Medjool dates
