👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Filling: Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, add the milk, then set aside.
- 2 Garlic butter: Mix the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
- 3 Cut the bread into 4 sections, but don't cut all the way through the bottom (so it forms a star shape).
- 4 Gently open up the bread and fill the center with the cream cheese filling.
- 5 Dip the entire surface of the bread into the garlic butter — make sure it's evenly coated.
- 6 Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7 Sprinkle parsley and parmesan on top.
- 8 Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, until the surface is golden and crispy.
- 9 Serve warm while the cream cheese is still melty.
- 10 You can also use an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
💡 Tips
• Soft, slightly dense bread gives the best results
• Dip the ENTIRE surface into the garlic butter so it gets evenly crispy
• Cost per piece is about Rp 4,000-5,000 but you can sell it for Rp 12,000-15,000 — huge margin!
