👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Take the acai puree out of the freezer and break it into small pieces
- 2 Blend the acai, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, and honey
- 3 Blend until thick and creamy — it should be thicker than a regular smoothie
- 4 If it's too thick, add 1 tbsp of milk; if it's too runny, add more frozen banana
- 5 Pour into a bowl
- 6 Arrange the toppings beautifully: granola on one side, fruit on the other
- 7 Sprinkle with chia seeds and shredded coconut
- 8 Drizzle honey on top
- 9 Enjoy right away before it melts
💡 Tips
• All the fruit MUST be frozen so the result is thick, like sorbet
• Acai powder can be a good alternative if frozen acai puree is hard to find
• Eat it right away — acai bowls can't be stored since they melt quickly
