👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Mix the liquid milk, sweetened condensed milk, and granulated sugar in a bowl, stirring until well combined. Pour into a baking pan or shallow container, then freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until it turns into a solid block of ice.
- 2 While waiting, make the cheese sauce by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then mix with 2 tbsp of liquid whipping cream until creamy and pourable.
- 3 Make the chocolate sauce by melting the chopped dark cooking chocolate together with the remaining liquid whipping cream using a double boiler (bain-marie) method, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- 4 Once the milk ice is completely frozen, remove it from the freezer and shave it using an ice shaver or special ice grater until it forms fine, snow-like flakes.
- 5 Arrange the shaved ice in a serving bowl, shaping it into a small mound so it looks pretty.
- 6 Drizzle with the melted chocolate sauce and cheese sauce alternately, letting them seep slightly into the ice.
- 7 Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and chopped almonds on top.
- 8 Serve immediately while cold before the ice starts to melt, and enjoy together with a big spoon.
💡 Tips
• Freeze the milk for at least overnight so the shaved result is finer and doesn't clump.
• Use a food processor or ice blender if you don't have a special bingsu shaver, though the texture will be slightly coarser.
• Chill the serving bowl in the freezer for a bit before use so the ice doesn't melt too quickly once served.
• For variation, add fresh banana or strawberry slices between the layers of ice.
