👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C), and prepare a flat baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2 In a large bowl, combine the oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
- 3 In a separate bowl, mix the liquid coconut oil, honey, liquid palm sugar, salt, ground cinnamon, and vanilla powder. Stir until well combined.
- 4 Pour the liquid mixture into the oat and seed mixture, and stir until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the sweet liquid.
- 5 Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it out evenly, pressing down slightly so it's compact, which will help the granola form crunchy clusters once baked.
- 6 Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring gently every 10 minutes so it bakes evenly and doesn't burn at the edges.
- 7 Once golden and fragrant, remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet without stirring; this is the key to getting crunchy, clustered granola.
- 8 Once completely cool, mix in the dried strawberries, dried blueberries, and dried cranberries. Stir until evenly combined.
- 9 Store the granola in an airtight jar. Enjoy with milk, yogurt, or straight up as a healthy snack.
💡 Tips
• Don't stir the granola while it's still hot from the oven, as this will prevent the formation of granola's signature crunchy clusters.
• For a more clustered result, press the granola mixture down with a spatula before baking and avoid stirring too often.
• Dried fruit should be mixed in after the granola has cooled so it doesn't become hard or burnt during baking.
• Store the granola in an airtight jar, and it can keep for up to 3-4 weeks at room temperature.
