👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Blend all the base ingredients: acai, frozen banana, frozen berries, and almond milk
- 2 Blend on high speed until creamy and thick — the consistency should be thicker than a regular smoothie
- 3 If it's too runny, add more frozen banana or reduce the liquid
- 4 Pour into a chilled bowl that's been cooled in the freezer
- 5 Quickly arrange all the toppings before the base melts
- 6 Arrange granola on one side, banana slices in the middle, and blueberries in the corner
- 7 Sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut flakes, and drizzle with almond butter
- 8 Garnish with edible flowers if you have them
- 9 Serve immediately before the base melts
💡 Tips
• The base needs to be really thick — if it's too runny, the toppings will sink
• Chill the bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes beforehand so the base doesn't melt too quickly
• Arrange the toppings in distinct color zones for the prettiest presentation
