- 200g boneless chicken thigh
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 2 stalk scallions, sliced
- 500ml chicken broth
- Fried wontons, to taste
- Bok choy, to taste

👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Boil the egg noodles until cooked through, drain, then toss with a little sesame oil
- 2 Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the chicken that's been cut into small cubes
- 3 Cook the chicken until it changes color, then add the sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce
- 4 Stir well and cook until the chicken is done and the seasoning is well absorbed, about 5 minutes
- 5 Briefly blanch the bok choy, then drain
- 6 Heat the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper
- 7 Arrange the noodles in a bowl, then top with the chicken, bok choy, and scallions
- 8 Pour the hot broth over the top and serve with fried wontons
💡 Tips
• Don't boil the noodles too long, or they'll turn mushy
• Add chili sauce and vinegar to taste for an even tastier bowl
