A fresh blend of sweet-tart pineapple, soft sweet mango, and nutrient-rich green spinach creates a tropical juice with an unexpected yet delicious vegetable twist. The color is bright green, but the taste stays sweet and refreshing thanks to the dominant fruit flavors, making it a great daily source of vitamins and fiber without tasting like you're drinking vegetables. This juice is both refreshing and filling, perfect to drink in the morning before starting your activities.

  • 200 grams, diced ripe pineapple
  • 1 medium-sized fruit, diced ripe mango
  • 1 handful (about 30 grams) fresh spinach
  • 1 fruit, sliced banana
  • 150 ml coconut water or cold water
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp (optional, to taste) honey
  • 5-6 cubes (optional) ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Wash all the ingredients thoroughly, especially the spinach; soak it briefly in salted water to remove dirt and pesticides, then rinse again under running water.
  2. 2 Cut the pineapple, mango, and banana into small pieces so they're easier to blend.
  3. 3 Put the spinach, pineapple, mango, and banana into the blender.
  4. 4 Pour in the coconut water or cold water.
  5. 5 Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6 Add the lime juice and honey if desired, then blend briefly again until mixed.
  7. 7 Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
  8. 8 Pour the juice into serving glasses, add ice cubes if you like it cold, and serve immediately to keep the nutrients intact.

💡 Tips

• Use fully ripe fruit so the juice tastes naturally sweeter without needing much extra sugar or honey.

• Spinach can be swapped for kale or watercress if you want a slightly different flavor while keeping the nutritional benefits.

• Drink the juice right after making it to get the most vitamins and enzymes, since fresh fruit juice oxidizes quickly.

• For a thicker, smoothie-like texture, reduce the amount of water and add ice cubes directly while blending.
