👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Wash all the ingredients thoroughly: apples, pineapple, celery, and lime under running water to remove dirt and pesticides.
- 2 Cut the apples into pieces and remove the seeds. You can leave the skin on since it contains plenty of fiber and nutrients.
- 3 Cut the peeled pineapple into small cubes, discarding the tough core.
- 4 Wash the celery stalks and roughly cut them into 1-1.5 inch pieces so they're easier to blend.
- 5 Squeeze the lime and set the juice aside, removing the seeds so the juice doesn't taste bitter.
- 6 Add the apples, pineapple, and celery into the blender.
- 7 Add the cold boiled water and lime juice into the blender.
- 8 Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
- 9 Taste the juice, and if it's not sweet enough, add honey to taste, then blend briefly again.
- 10 Strain the juice if you want a smoother texture without pulp, or serve it as is if you prefer a thicker texture.
- 11 Pour into a serving glass filled with ice cubes, and garnish with fresh mint leaves on top.
- 12 Serve immediately while cold and fresh to get the maximum nutritional benefits.
💡 Tips
• Use fully ripe apples and pineapple so the natural sweetness comes through without needing extra sugar.
• If you're not a fan of a strong celery flavor, reduce the amount to just 1-2 stalks if you're a beginner.
• Drink this juice right after making it, since the vitamin C and enzymes in it break down quickly if left sitting too long.
• For a variation, add a little fresh ginger for a warming kick and extra anti-inflammatory benefits.
