Green Glow — a vibrant green drink made from spinach, kiwi, and pear, specially crafted for beauty from within! Spinach, kiwi, and pear form the perfect trio for glowing skin, strong hair, and healthy nails. Spinach is the best plant-based source of non-heme iron — essential for preventing anemia, which is a major cause of hair loss and dull, pale skin — while also being rich in folate for rapid skin cell regeneration. Green kiwi has the highest vitamin C content per gram among common fruits — even higher than oranges — and is rich in vitamin E, which works synergistically with vitamin C to protect collagen from breaking down. Kiwi also contains actinidin, a unique digestive enzyme that helps the body absorb protein more efficiently. Pear is rich in quercetin and chlorogenic acid, both of which have anti-inflammatory properties and have been shown to help reduce fluid retention (bloating) that can make the face look puffy. Cucumber adds mineral silica, which is critical for collagen synthesis and connective tissue strength. Together, this combination works at the cellular level to produce healthy, hydrated, naturally glowing skin.

👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Wash all the vegetables and fruits thoroughly
- 2 Peel the kiwis and roughly chop them
- 3 Cut the pear, cucumber, and apple — leave the skin on, since a lot of the nutrients are found just beneath it
- 4 Put the spinach and coconut water into the blender first, and blend until the spinach is completely broken down
- 5 Add the kiwi, pear, cucumber, and apple
- 6 Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and bright green
- 7 Add the lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of Himalayan salt
- 8 Blend briefly again, taste, and adjust the flavor as needed
- 9 Strain if you'd like a pure juice, or leave the fiber in for a prebiotic effect
- 10 Pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes
- 11 Garnish with kiwi slices on the rim of the glass
- 12 Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 8 hours
💡 Tips
• Add a tablespoon of collagen peptide powder for an extra boost of beauty benefits
• It's best not to heat the spinach in this juice — its vitamins stay perfectly intact when kept raw
• Drink through a straw to protect your tooth enamel from the natural acidity of green juice
