A bright, fresh, tropical immunity booster packed with benefits! The combination of mango, pineapple, turmeric, and orange creates a golden-orange drink rich in health benefits for your immune system. Mango is the king of vitamin A with high beta-carotene content, essential for eye health, skin, and mucous membranes — the body's first line of immune defense. Pineapple contains bromelain, a unique protease enzyme that not only helps digest protein but also has clinically proven anti-inflammatory properties, helping reduce swelling and sinus issues and speed up recovery after injury. Fresh turmeric contains curcumin, one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds in the world, effective against chronic inflammation, which is at the root of many degenerative diseases. Black pepper boosts curcumin absorption by up to 2000% thanks to a compound called piperine. Orange contributes a high dose of vitamin C for white blood cell production. This drink is perfect to enjoy during seasonal transitions or whenever you feel your body's resistance starting to dip.

  • 1 fruit ripe fragrant mango, peeled and cut
  • 200g fresh pineapple, cut
  • 2 fruits fresh orange, juiced
  • 1 inch piece fresh turmeric (3 cm) or 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 inch piece ginger
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp pure honey
  • 150ml coconut water
  • Ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Peel and cut all the fruits
  2. 2 Put the mango, pineapple, and ginger into a blender
  3. 3 Add the coconut water and blend until smooth and creamy
  4. 4 Squeeze the orange juice directly into the blender
  5. 5 Grate or mash the fresh turmeric and add it to the blender
  6. 6 Add the honey and a pinch of black pepper — the pepper is key to helping your body absorb the curcumin
  7. 7 Blend again briefly until everything is evenly combined
  8. 8 Strain if you want a smoother texture, or leave the pulp in for extra fiber
  9. 9 Pour into a tall glass with ice cubes
  10. 10 Sprinkle a little turmeric powder on top as a garnish
  11. 11 Serve immediately

💡 Tips

• Black pepper MUST be added along with the turmeric — without it, 95% of the curcumin goes unabsorbed and is wasted

• Fresh turmeric is far more potent than powdered — choose one with a bright yellow-orange color

• Drink in the morning before eating for optimal curcumin absorption
