  • 300 grams, diced, seeds removed melon
  • 150 grams, peeled, cut into pieces cucumber
  • 8-10 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1-2 tbsp (to taste) honey
  • 150 ml cold water
  • to taste ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Wash the melon, cucumber, and mint leaves thoroughly under running water. Drain.
  2. 2 Cut the melon into small cubes and remove the seeds. Peel the cucumber, then cut it into pieces so it blends easily.
  3. 3 Put the melon, cucumber, and mint leaves into a blender.
  4. 4 Add the lime juice, honey, and cold water to the blender.
  5. 5 Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6 Taste the juice, then add more honey if it's not sweet enough, or more water if it's too thick.
  7. 7 Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture without pulp, or serve it as is if you like the texture.
  8. 8 Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes, garnish with fresh mint leaves on top, and serve immediately.

💡 Tips

• Choose melon that's fully ripe for a naturally sweeter taste, so you won't need to add much honey.

• Use cucumber straight from the fridge so the juice tastes fresher without needing a lot of ice, which can water down the flavor.

• If you like a fresher, tangier taste, add a bit more lime juice or a squeeze of lemon.

• Keep leftover mint leaves in water to keep them fresh so you can use them to garnish other drinks.
