- 200ml coconut water

- 1 Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly
- 2 Cut all the fruit into pieces suitable for the blender
- 3 Blend in stages based on firmness: add the apple, pear, and spinach first with the coconut water, and blend
- 4 Add the mango, pineapple, and kiwi, and blend again
- 5 Add the strawberries and blueberries, and blend last
- 6 Add the orange and lemon juice, honey, and ground ginger
- 7 Blend one final time for 30 seconds until everything is perfectly combined
- 8 The juice will turn a reddish-purple color as the berry pigments dominate
- 9 Taste and adjust the sweetness and tartness
- 10 Strain partially, or leave it full of fiber, as you prefer
- 11 Pour into a large clear glass with ice cubes
