  • 300 grams Red watermelon, seeded and diced
  • 150 grams Fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 150 ml Young coconut water or cold water
  • 1-2 tbsp Pure honey (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 5-6 Ice cubes, to taste
  • 2-3 leaves Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Cut the watermelon into small cubes and make sure the seeds are removed so the juice has a smoother texture.
  2. 2 Peel the kiwi and cut into a few pieces. Remove the stems from the strawberries, then halve them if they're large.
  3. 3 Put the watermelon, strawberries, and kiwi into a blender.
  4. 4 Add the coconut water or cold water, lime juice, and honey if you'd like it sweeter.
  5. 5 Blend all the ingredients for 30-45 seconds until smooth with no fruit chunks left.
  6. 6 For an even smoother texture without kiwi seeds, strain the juice through a fine sieve before serving.
  7. 7 Pour the juice into a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well and taste, adding more honey if it's not sweet enough.
  8. 8 Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top and serve immediately while cold.

💡 Tips

• Choose watermelon that's fully ripe so the juice tastes naturally sweeter without needing much added honey.

• Use kiwi that feels slightly soft when pressed, as this indicates optimal ripeness and a sweeter flavor.

• If you prefer a thicker juice, reduce the amount of coconut water or add the ice cubes directly while blending.

• Drink right after making it, since the vitamin C in the fruit oxidizes easily and loses quality if left sitting too long.
