Strawberries are an extremely rich source of vitamin C — one cup of strawberries contains more than 100% of your daily vitamin C needs, and vitamin C is an essential cofactor for the enzymes that synthesize collagen. Without enough vitamin C, your body can't produce collagen even if you're already taking collagen supplements.
Raspberries are rich in ellagic acid, a polyphenol compound clinically proven to protect collagen fibers from damage caused by UV exposure and free radicals, making them a natural skin protector from the inside that works right down to the molecular level.
Cherries contain anthocyanins and natural melatonin — melatonin doesn't just regulate sleep, it's also one of the most powerful known antioxidants for protecting skin cell DNA from damage, and quality sleep is the body's main window for repairing skin cells.
A small amount of red beet adds nitrates for optimal blood circulation to the skin, ensuring nutrients and oxygen reach the outermost skin cells efficiently so skin looks naturally pinker and fresher.
The flaxseed added to the juice provides omega-3 ALA, which helps keep the skin's lipid barrier intact so moisture doesn't evaporate and skin stays plump and hydrated all day long.

💡 Tips
• Add 1 tablespoon of marine collagen powder for a far more significant and measurable beauty effect
• Flaxseed needs to be ground or blended so the omega-3 can be absorbed by the body — whole seeds pass through the digestive system without being absorbed
• Drink it regularly 4-5 times a week for at least 4 weeks to see a real change in your skin's texture
