👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Wash all the ingredients thoroughly: pineapple, beet, ginger, and apple under running water to remove any dirt.
- 2 Peel the beet and ginger, then cut the beet into small cubes so it's easier to blend. Also peel the pineapple and remove its tough core, then dice it.
- 3 Dice the apple; you can leave the skin on since it's rich in fiber, just remove the seeds.
- 4 Add the pineapple, beet, ginger, and apple into the blender.
- 5 Add the cold drinking water to the blender.
- 6 Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes. If it's too thick, add a little more water.
- 7 Taste the juice; if it's not sweet enough, add some honey, or add lime juice for a refreshing tart touch.
- 8 Strain the juice through a fine strainer if you want a smoother texture without pulp (optional, you can also drink it as is with the pulp for extra fiber).
- 9 Pour into serving glasses and add ice cubes to taste.
- 10 Serve immediately while fresh to get the maximum nutritional benefits.
💡 Tips
• Choose beets that are still fresh and firm when pressed for a juice that isn't bitter.
• The amount of ginger can be adjusted to taste; use less if you don't like it too spicy, or add more if you enjoy a stronger warming sensation.
• This juice tastes best when drunk right after it's made, since the nutrients from the beet and fruit oxidize quickly if left sitting too long.
• For a variation, add a few fresh mint leaves while blending for a more refreshing aroma.
