A blend of tangy fresh pineapple, soft sweet papaya, and beta-carotene-rich carrot comes together to make a bright orange juice that's both refreshing and high in fiber. Perfect to drink in the morning to support digestion and boost your immune system. It has a naturally sweet-tangy flavor without needing a lot of added sugar.

  • 200 grams, diced Ripe pineapple
  • 150 grams, diced Ripe papaya
  • 1 medium, peeled and cut into pieces Carrot
  • 200 ml Cold boiled water
  • 1 tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 tbsp (optional, to taste) Honey
  • to taste Ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Wash the pineapple, papaya, and carrot thoroughly. Peel the carrot and papaya, and remove the pineapple's eyes if any remain.
  2. 2 Cut all the ingredients into small dice so they blend easily.
  3. 3 Briefly boil the carrot for 3-4 minutes in boiling water to soften its texture and make it easier to puree, then drain and let cool.
  4. 4 Put the pineapple, papaya, and carrot into a blender.
  5. 5 Add the cold boiled water and lime juice.
  6. 6 Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7 Taste the juice, and if it's not sweet enough, add honey to taste, then blend again briefly.
  8. 8 Strain the juice if you want a smoother texture without pulp, or serve it right away if you like juice with fiber.
  9. 9 Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and serve immediately while fresh.

💡 Tips

• Briefly boiling the carrot makes it easier to puree and helps the body absorb its nutrients more easily than raw carrot.

• Choose fully ripe pineapple and papaya so the juice tastes naturally sweeter without needing much added sugar.

• If you want a thicker, smoothie-like juice, reduce the amount of water or add ice cubes directly while blending.

• Drink it right after making it to get the maximum benefit from its vitamins and enzymes before they oxidize.
