  • 1 medium-sized fruit red dragon fruit
  • 150 grams seedless red/purple grapes
  • 1 fruit red apple
  • 1 fruit, juice extracted lime
  • 150 ml cold boiled water
  • 1-2 tbsp (optional, to taste) pure honey
  • to taste ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Wash all the fruit thoroughly under running water. Peel the dragon fruit and cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2 Wash the grapes and remove the stems. If there are any seeds, remove them first.
  3. 3 Wash the apple, remove the core/seeds, then cut into small cubes (the apple peel can be left on for extra fiber).
  4. 4 Put the dragon fruit, grapes, and apple into a blender.
  5. 5 Add the cold boiled water and lime juice.
  6. 6 Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7 Taste it, and if it's not sweet enough, add honey to taste, then blend briefly again.
  8. 8 Strain the juice if you want a smoother texture without pulp, or serve it right away if you don't mind a bit of fruit fiber.
  9. 9 Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and serve immediately while cold and fresh.

💡 Tips

• Choose grapes that are really sweet so you won't need to add too much honey.

• Use dragon fruit that's fully ripe (with deep red skin) for the sweetest flavor and the prettiest color.

• For a thicker, smoothie-like version, reduce the amount of water or replace it with plain yogurt.

• Drink it right after making it so the fruit's nutrients and vitamins don't diminish too much from oxidation.
