👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Wash all the fruit thoroughly under running water. Peel the dragon fruit and cut it into small cubes.
- 2 Wash the grapes and remove the stems. If there are any seeds, remove them first.
- 3 Wash the apple, remove the core/seeds, then cut into small cubes (the apple peel can be left on for extra fiber).
- 4 Put the dragon fruit, grapes, and apple into a blender.
- 5 Add the cold boiled water and lime juice.
- 6 Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
- 7 Taste it, and if it's not sweet enough, add honey to taste, then blend briefly again.
- 8 Strain the juice if you want a smoother texture without pulp, or serve it right away if you don't mind a bit of fruit fiber.
- 9 Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and serve immediately while cold and fresh.
💡 Tips
• Choose grapes that are really sweet so you won't need to add too much honey.
• Use dragon fruit that's fully ripe (with deep red skin) for the sweetest flavor and the prettiest color.
• For a thicker, smoothie-like version, reduce the amount of water or replace it with plain yogurt.
• Drink it right after making it so the fruit's nutrients and vitamins don't diminish too much from oxidation.
