👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water to remove dirt and any pesticide residue.
- 2 Peel the apple (you may leave the skin on if you'd like more fiber), carrot, cucumber, and ginger. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces so they're easier to blend.
- 3 Put the spinach, apple, carrot, and pineapple into the blender first.
- 4 Add the fresh orange juice, cucumber pieces, and ginger into the blender.
- 5 Pour in the cold boiled water, then blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- 6 Taste the juice; if it's not sweet enough, add honey to taste and blend briefly again.
- 7 Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture without pulp, or serve it as is if you like juice with fiber.
- 8 Pour into serving glasses, add ice cubes to taste, and your healthy mixed juice is ready to enjoy right away.
💡 Tips
• Use ripe fruits so the juice tastes naturally sweeter without needing extra sugar.
• Drink the juice right after making it so the vitamins and nutrients don't diminish much from oxidation.
• If you want a thicker, smoothie-like texture, reduce the amount of water or add frozen banana slices.
• Mix up the greens with kale or celery for a different flavor and health benefits.
