  • 1 Red apple
  • 1 , peeled Carrot
  • 1 handful Fresh spinach
  • 150 grams, cut into pieces Pineapple
  • 1 , juice extracted Orange, juiced
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 cm piece, peeled Fresh ginger
  • 200 ml Cold boiled water
  • 1-2 tbsp (optional, to taste) Pure honey
  • to taste Ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water to remove dirt and any pesticide residue.
  2. 2 Peel the apple (you may leave the skin on if you'd like more fiber), carrot, cucumber, and ginger. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces so they're easier to blend.
  3. 3 Put the spinach, apple, carrot, and pineapple into the blender first.
  4. 4 Add the fresh orange juice, cucumber pieces, and ginger into the blender.
  5. 5 Pour in the cold boiled water, then blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  6. 6 Taste the juice; if it's not sweet enough, add honey to taste and blend briefly again.
  7. 7 Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture without pulp, or serve it as is if you like juice with fiber.
  8. 8 Pour into serving glasses, add ice cubes to taste, and your healthy mixed juice is ready to enjoy right away.

💡 Tips

• Use ripe fruits so the juice tastes naturally sweeter without needing extra sugar.

• Drink the juice right after making it so the vitamins and nutrients don't diminish much from oxidation.

• If you want a thicker, smoothie-like texture, reduce the amount of water or add frozen banana slices.

• Mix up the greens with kale or celery for a different flavor and health benefits.
