- 200g cooked brown rice
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 50g boiled shelled edamame
- 50g cucumber, diced
- 30g carrot, shredded
- Dried nori for sprinkling
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Tuna marinade: soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp sriracha (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 Add the diced tuna and stir gently.
- 3 Marinate for 10-15 minutes in the fridge.
- 4 Prepare a bowl and place the brown rice as the base.
- 5 Arrange all the toppings separately on top of the rice: marinated tuna, avocado, edamame, cucumber, and shredded carrot.
- 6 Sprinkle with torn nori pieces and toasted sesame seeds.
- 7 Drizzle the remaining marinade on top.
- 8 Enjoy by mixing everything together or taking small bites from each section.
💡 Tips
• The tuna MUST be fresh, sashimi-grade if you're eating it raw.
• If you don't want it raw, you can substitute grilled tuna or grilled salmon.
