👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Freeze the mango and banana pieces for at least 4 hours or overnight
- 2 Blend the frozen mango, frozen banana, yogurt, almond milk, and honey
- 3 Blend until the texture is thick and creamy, like soft-serve ice cream
- 4 If it's too thick, add a splash more milk; if it's too runny, add more frozen banana
- 5 Pour into a bowl
- 6 Arrange the toppings beautifully: mango slices, granola, chia seeds, coconut, strawberries, and almonds
- 7 Serve immediately before it melts
💡 Tips
• The fruit MUST be frozen so the result is thick like ice cream
• Blend in short bursts and stir in between so it doesn't get too runny
• Don't add too much liquid — the key to a smoothie bowl is being THICK
