  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stalk carrot, finely grated
  • 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp liquid milk (to make it soft)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp oil for greasing the pan

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Beat the eggs, then add the grated carrot, green onion, milk, salt, and pepper
  2. 2 Mix well
  3. 3 Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and lightly grease it with oil
  4. 4 Pour in 1/3 of the egg mixture and spread it thinly
  5. 5 Wait until it's half-cooked, then roll it from one side to the other
  6. 6 Push the roll to the edge of the pan
  7. 7 Pour in another 1/3 of the mixture, spread it out, and let it merge with the first roll
  8. 8 Roll it up again
  9. 9 Repeat with the remaining mixture
  10. 10 Remove from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes
  11. 11 Slice crosswise — you'll get a lovely spiral pattern
  12. 12 Arrange in a lunchbox

💡 Tips

• Keep the heat low so the egg cooks evenly without burning

• Roll slowly using a spatula or chopsticks

• You can add shredded cheese inside the roll for extra savory flavor

• Slice once it's slightly cooled so the spiral shape stays neat
