👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits
- 2 Scoop out a little of the flesh from the center to make the hole bigger, and set it aside
- 3 Mix the drained tuna with the Greek yogurt
- 4 Add the lime juice, celery, corn, shallot, and parsley
- 5 Add the reserved avocado flesh and roughly mash it in
- 6 Season with salt and pepper
- 7 Mix well
- 8 Spoon the tuna mixture into the avocado halves
- 9 Sprinkle with paprika powder and sriracha if you like it spicy
- 10 Serve immediately
