  • 1 medium-sized Ripe avocado
  • 2 medium-sized Banana
  • 5 Pitted dates
  • 300 ml Low-fat milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (optional, to taste) Pure honey
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp (optional, for aroma) Ground cinnamon

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1 Wash the bananas thoroughly, peel them, then cut into a few pieces to make blending easier.
  2. 2 Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, then scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  3. 3 If the dates are firm, soak them briefly in warm water for 5 minutes to soften them for easier blending.
  4. 4 Put the avocado, banana, and dates into a blender.
  5. 5 Pour in the milk, then add the honey and ground cinnamon if using.
  6. 6 Add the ice cubes, then blend all the ingredients until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7 Taste the juice, and if it's not sweet enough, add a bit more honey and blend briefly again.
  8. 8 Pour into serving glasses, sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top for garnish, and serve immediately while cold.

💡 Tips

• Use fully ripe avocado for a creamier texture and to avoid any bitter taste.

• The dates can be swapped for honey if you prefer a lighter, more liquid sweetness.

• Store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 day, as avocado can change color and flavor if kept too long.

• For a thicker, smoothie-bowl-style version, reduce the amount of milk to just 200 ml.
