Watermelon Mint Detox Cooler — the most hydrating fresh drink in the world, which also works as a natural kidney flush and gentle detox! Watermelon, with its 92% water content, is the best natural hydrator, far more effective than plain water because it contains natural electrolytes that help cells absorb fluid more efficiently. Watermelon is rich in L-citrulline — an amino acid that the kidneys convert into L-arginine for nitric oxide production, helping to dilate blood vessels and naturally lower blood pressure. The lycopene in red watermelon is one of the most potent antioxidants for protecting skin from UV damage and reducing the risk of prostate cancer. Mint leaves contain menthol, which stimulates the cold receptors in the mouth and throat, delivering a refreshing sensation while soothing stomach cramps, nausea, and digestive issues. Lemon water increases urine production and helps the kidneys flush out metabolic waste more efficiently. This drink is perfect to enjoy after exercise, on scorching hot days, or as a refreshing, sugar-free alternative to soda.

👩🍳 Instructions
- 1 Cut the watermelon and remove as many seeds as possible
- 2 Put the watermelon into a blender and blend briefly until liquefied
- 3 Add the coconut water, ginger, and half of the mint leaves
- 4 Blend again until everything is well combined
- 5 Pour in the lemon and lime juice
- 6 Taste — add more honey if it's not sweet enough
- 7 Prepare a glass or large pitcher filled with plenty of ice cubes
- 8 Place the remaining mint leaves in the glass
- 9 Pour the watermelon juice over the ice and mint
- 10 Stir gently so the mint bruises slightly and releases its aroma
- 11 Garnish with a lime slice on the rim of the glass and a few fresh mint leaves on top
- 12 Serve very cold, straight from the blender
💡 Tips
• Overripe watermelon (very red and soft) actually makes the best juice — it's the sweetest and juiciest
• Freeze a few pieces of watermelon ahead of time to use instead of ice cubes so the juice doesn't get watered down
• Drink within 20 minutes of making it — watermelon ferments very quickly at room temperature
